How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Every gift is made to order just for you, then shipped. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to update your design, but once a gift has gone into production we can't make changes.
Can I ship a gift straight to the recipient?
Yes. Just enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.
What kind of photos work best?
Original, bright and in-focus photos give the best results. Screenshots and images saved from social media are often too low in resolution to print clearly.
